The sitting room
Entering the property from the street, you will find yourself in a comfortable double size sitting room 5m x 3m with comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove, bookshelves and a TV/media centre with a Sky box, CD and DVD and VHS player. The colours are comfortable, with vibrant splashes.
The kitchen leads off the sitting room, is small but well-equipped, with a gas stove, refrigerator and washing machine. There are utensils and equipment sufficient for 8 people and constant hot water.
The dining area is situated beyond another door leading from the sitting room and has a folding table able to seat 6. It is adjacent to the kitchen.
From here you walk through to the courtyard, which is 5m2 with plenty of space for eating out under a large umbrella, or in the sun. There are flower baskets, white walls and a calm atmosphere.

From the courtyard, tiled steps lead up to a large twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This is a quiet space opposite the main house, providing privacy.
Back in the main house, go up the staircase leading from the dining area and you will reach 2 bedrooms:

Opposite the main ensuite bedroom is the largest bedroom (two rooms in one) containing 2 twin beds and a ¾ bed, as well as a desk and office space.

Finally, take the short flight of stairs up to the roof terrace and admire the wonderful view of the Sierra Nevada or the Moorish castle above the house.
